I have to answer this post with a resounding FUCK YEAH - I am perpetually astounded by how the universe seems to reward mediocrity at every opportunity...

It's funny- that's my original reaction too, but then a tiny part of me pipes up, "Maybe that will be you." I'm still optimistic about my chance to be famous.
